Anna Rawson
Anna became a professional golfer when she was 23, and she is a huge achievement throughout her career. While Anna was a child, she had to go through a traumatizing experience that altered her life. To spend more time with both her brother and father who were also avid golfers Anna decided to take up the game as a new passion. Anna began her modeling career when she was sixteen and was a finalist on the cover of Dolly magazine contest. Anna continues modeling to the present day. But there's more to the story than what you see. Anna has a long and successful run as model. But she is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of Seedlyfe, a superfood brand which is rich in vitamins. Anna Rawson's father fostered her and Willy Rawson after her mother died tragically at the young age of just four. As Anna began to grow up, the parents (Jim Rawson) and her mother (Dianna Rawson) were divorced, which sent Dianna into a downward spiral of depression that was extreme. Dianna was admitted to a mental hospital receiving the help she needed. But, she ended her own life when she was just 5 which left her family grieving and devastated. As a result, Anna faced a rough childhood growing up. It was a difficult adjustment to be with her father. No child should have to endure the same thing. She was in close contact with the father of her child, Jim who was an amazing support. Jim Rawson shared the same passion for football that Anna did, both of them both former Glenelg players. Anna admitted that golf only happened because she was looking forward to spending longer with her dad as well as her brother after the loss of her mom. Then she realized that golf is something she enjoys (and the cute golfers certainly helped!) Anna began playing golf as a way to cope with the grief following her mother passed away. She grew in her game and eventually was able transform her pastime into a full-time career. This is a great wish! Rawson was educated at St. Martin Boarding School after which she completed her education by homeschooling. Anna acknowledges she made her decision to attend an institution on the basis of naivete rather than logic. While she was offered numerous invitations to attend elite colleges like Yale as well as Harvard university, Immanuel College was chosen because of its superior environment. Anna pursued her studies at the University of Southern California and was awarded her award as the All-Pac 10 on three occasions. Beauty and brains A match that is made for each other! She received her BA in communications in Southern California and continued to study, eventually earning an MBA at Columbia Business School.
