Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast widely regarded as one of the best athletes. Biles was the first female gymnast from America in history to have won four gold medals in one Games. In Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles was born within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. Biles and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was interested in gymnastics at age six when she took a field trip for day care at Bannon's Gymnastix and she remained there for 11 years, under the direction of her instructor Aimee Boorman. Biles had a great time in the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the elite competition level in 2011. In less than two years, she became the top athlete in her field. Biles was notable for her constant performance her enthusiasm and level of difficulty that she included in each event--vault bar, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
